The Challenge

The Rodda-Miller Solution

The project team selected Protector XL-100 as the primary exterior coating solution.

Before application, the surface was thoroughly prepared through:

Pressure washing.

Crack repair and caulking.

Installation of backer rod where needed.

Sealing with elastomeric compound.

Following preparation, the building was masked and sprayed with two coats of Protector XL-100 to provide a durable, uniform finish.
