Project Overview
This custom home painting project in Oregon City showcases the combination of thoughtful design, expert color matching, and premium Rodda-Miller interior coatings. This home offers sophistication and elegance as part of the same residential community as the 2026 NW Street of Dreams.
For this project, Pacific Lifestyle Homes partnered with Krippner Painting to create refined interior finishes that complement the home’s architecture and design details. Rodda-Miller products provided the foundation for a sophisticated, durable interior palette, including a dramatic green fireplace accent that adds depth and character to the space.

The Design
The home’s interior called for a finish that could provide a clean, sophisticated backdrop to accent architectural details.
For the main walls, the project team selected Rodda Horizon Interior Zero VOC Satin. A rich green was introduced on the fireplace as a focal point, using Rodda Resist-X Semigloss.
The colors were expert color matches to a supplied sample, allowing the design vision to translate precisely onto the walls.
