Protector XL-100 Exterior Primer is a Premium, Acrylic, Fast-drying, Low VOC, Bonding primer designed for exterior use over a variety of surfaces.
Formulated for Superior Hide & Coverage with High Alkali resistance, Protector XL-100 Exterior Primer offers Tenacious Adhesion and helps to even out the surface porosity prior to the application of a topcoat. Designed to be applied down to 35F, it is pH tolerant up to 13.0 on masonry, contains a stain blocker to resist staining on redwood or cedar, and it also has low-odor properties.
Tintable to a wide range of colors to facilitate topcoat coverage, Protector XL-100 Exterior Primer is the essential exterior primer for Professionals and Homeowners alike. It can be top-coated with a latex or alkyd-oil coating.
