American Builder Exterior is a 100% acrylic exterior low-sheen paint designed for professional contractor applications on new residential and multifamily construction work.
The satin exterior finish sprays easily with low application odor, maintains a good wet edge and flows to a uniform finish.
American Builder Exterior provides good color retention and efflorescence resistance and applies down to 35°F for early morning starts. American Builder – Exterior is suitable for properly prepared new wood and siding, masonry and stucco, and primed metals. American Builder Exterior is available in five-gallon pails. Vinyl siding should only be repainted with light colors to help avoid warping, see and follow siding manufacturer’s recommendations.
