Property and Facility Management projects can be broken down into four main phases;
an initial consultation, a written job specification, a final job inspection, and an
ongoing maintenance schedule.
Initial Consultation
A Rodda field representative will guide you through a thorough question and answer discussion to understand your project needs, budgeting, timing, and product performance requirements. They can also assist you with a referral list of licensed and bonded contractors who specialize in this type of project.
Written Job Specification
After assessing the job, your Rodda representative will consolidate the information and prepare a written job specification for your property from preparation to application to maintenance. We will also provide the necessary product data specifications and MSDS paperwork.
Job Inspection
As the job progresses, your Rodda representative will work, on site, with the painters to ensure proper application techniques including a final job inspection to ensure your satisfaction with Rodda Paint products.
Maintenance Schedule
Once the project has been completed, your Rodda Paint representative will establish a maintenance program for the property / facility and supply you with a record of products, sheens, and colors used as well as introduce you to your local Rodda Paint store and information for ordering in the future. Our field representatives are available to provide on-site training for your maintenance staff.
