Basic Use Crystal-Clear is a water white or extremely clear lacquer for use on custom work lacquer on light or bleached wood where the true color of the substrate is to be highlighted. Can be used for fine furniture finishing. Crystal-Clear lacquer system possesses excellent alcohol, water and "cold check" resistance. An excellent protective finish for interior pickling/antiquating metal finish. Ultra-violet inhibitors have been added to help retard yellowing of wood and finish due to ultra-violet degradation.

At 77º Fahrenheit and 50% Relative Humidity.
Dry To Touch 10 minutes Dry To Sand 30 minutes: Must be sanded pri Tack Free
Dry To Recoat 30 minutes: Must be sanded pri Dry To Topcoat Dry To Hard

Metal Not recommended
Wood Sealed with 706500x Sanding Sealer and sanded
Application
Surface temperature should be above 50º Fahrenheit. Where humid conditions exist, blushing may occur. Use 799464x Lacquer Retarder when these conditions are prevalent. Contains sanding aids; thus it cannot be sprayed hot.
Airless Spray Use equipment capable of constant 1800 psi at tip.
HVLP DeVilbiss JGHV 531 MP or equivalent.
Conventional Spray Binks Slimline Mach 1 or equivalent gun. 92 Air Cap with 92 nozzle. Use double regulated air pot with 5 - 7 psi air pressure at gun.
