| Basic Use |
Cat-A-Lac is an internally acid catalyzed chemical resistant wood finish that eliminates the need to mix expensive, limited potlife, two component lacquers. Exhibits excellent resistance to impact, acid, alkali and solvent. A premium quality, clear wood finish for fine quality kitchen cabinets, doors, millwork or other interior wood surfaces. Cat-A-Lac develops good film build and depth as well as excellent resistance to household detergents, household chemicals, cold checking, marring and abrasion. |

| Wood |
Wood surfaces should be free of foreign matter and properly sanded. Cat-A-Lac may be used as a self-seal system. Dry and sand as a conventional sealer. Do not use a stearated sealer under Cat-A-Lac. |

Application
Surface temperatures should be above 50º Fahrenheit. Where humid conditions exist, blushing may occur. Use 799464 Lacquer Retarder when these conditions exist. This is a high build sealer and contains sanding aids; thus, it cannot be sprayed hot.

Use equipment capable of constant 1800 psi at tip. An .012" to .018" tip is recommended. |
