Prep & Prime
Surfaces to be coated must be free of dirt, oil, mildew, excessive chalk and other foreign matter. Remove loose paint and patch holes or cracks. Prime bare surfaces, dull or prime glossy surfaces, and then scuff sand using 80 to 100 grit sandpaper on a hand sander. Remove all sanding dust.

| Metal | May be used over properly prepared metal surfaces. |

| Wood | No special surface preparation required on new wood. All surfaces to be coated must be clean and dry. Not recommended on brushed, burnished or abraded plywood. |

Application

| Brush | A natural bristle or good quality nylon/polyester brush is recommended |
| Roller / Pad | Using 1/2" to 3/4" lambswool or polyester cover will give best results-Use a synthetic pad. |
| Airless Spray | Use equipment capable of maintaining constant 900 psi at the tip. .016" ti .025" tip orifice. Follow with backroll/backbrush application. |

| Conventional Spray | Use double regulated pressure pot equipped with an air agitator. Use DeBilbiss JGA510 with FF tip and 704 air cap. Follow with backroll/backbrush application. |
