Basic Use THIS PRODUCT FOR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY. An easily applied, multi-purpose, fast dry, lacquer resistant, phenolic modified alkyd primer. It is a valuable "lead and chromate free" maintenance primer because of its ability to replace a multitude of primers usually required to insure compatibility with various topcoats. This primer can be used over most old, well oxidized coatings without wrinkling or lifting; thereby, allowing for the possibility of upgrading present surfaces to a more chemical resistant system.
