Basic Use Horizon Exterior Satin House paint in a soft satin sheen. Giving the beauty of satin to any outside paint job. A very forgiving finish that helps hide imperfections in the surface, yet provides a highly washable film that keeps a fresh painted look.

At 77º Fahrenheit and 50% Relative Humidity:

Prep & Prime
Concrete Block Should be filled wtih 501901x Sprayable Block Filler prior to painting for optimum moisture resistance.
Masonry Prime with 501801x Surfbond II or 501501x Horizon Exterior Latex Primer. Should be well cured and thoroughly clean before painting.
Metal Performs quite satisfactorily on properly primed ferrous metal and clean galvanized metal, such as gutters and down spouts.
Wood New wood should be primed with Rodda 501501x Horizon Exterior Latex Primer prior to finish coat. Surfaces to be repainted should be thoroughly clean prior to painting.
Application
Do not apply to surfaces below 50° Fahrenheit. Avoid application to surfaces exposed and heated from direct sunlight.
Brush A nylon/polyester brush is recommended for this project.
Roller / Pad Use 3/8" to 3/4" nap synthetic roller cover.-Use a synthetic pad.
Airless Spray Recommend pressure 2000 to 2500 psi, using .015" to .021" tip orifice.
HVLP Reduce up to one pint with water per gallon. Accuspray 24K.
Conventional Spray Reduce up to one pint per gallon with water. Recommended air pressure 40-60 psi; fluid pressure 20 psi; tip size .0042" to .0045" with matching cap.
