Basic Use An interior flat white paint for fast finishing of ceilings by airless spary. Designed so that under normal conditions of application, the overspray falls to the floor as dry dust which may be swept up without damaging the surface (surface must be dry). This enables the painting of ceiling beams, girders, trusses, corrugated metal, concrete, wood, etc without the costly operation of covering. Contains flash rust inhibitor to minimize rusting when applied over ferrous metals.

Prep & Prime
Surfaces must be clean and dry
Masonry Masonry must be thoroughly cured, with all traces of efflorescence removed prior to painting.
Metal Self Priming, surfaces must be clean and dry.
Wallboard Self Priming
Wood Must be clean and dry. If Tannin bleed is a concern prime with Rodda 501601x First Coat Primer.
Application
Coats one coat at 1.5 - 2.0 dry mil
Airless Spray Recommended presure 1800 - 2200 psi using a .018" to .021" tip.
HVLP Reduce up to 1 pint per gallon with water. Accuspray 24k
Conventional Spray Reduce up to 1 pint per gallon with water. Recommended air pressure 40 - 60 psi; fluid pressure 20 psi; tip size .0042" - .0045" with matching cap.
