Basic UseAn interior flat white paint for fast finishing of ceilings by airless spary. Designed so that under normal conditions of application, over 10 feet the overspray falls to the floor as dry dust which may be swept up without damaging the surface (surface must be dry). This enables the painting of ceiling beams, girders, trusses, corrugated metal, concrete, wood, etc without the costly operation of covering. Contains flash rust inhibitor to minimize rusting when applied over ferrous metals.

Prep & Prime
Surfaces to be coated must be free of dirt, oil, mildew, excessive chalk and other foreign matter. Remove loose paint and patch holes or cracks. prime bare surfaces, dull or prime glossy surfaces, and then scuff sand using 80 to 100 grit snadpaper on a hand sander. Remove all sanding dust.
MasonryMasonry must be thoroughly cured, with all traces of efflorescence removed prior to painting.
MetalSelf Priming, surfaces must be clean and dry.
WallboardSelf Priming
WoodMust be clean and dry. If Tannin bleed is a concern prime with Rodda 501601x First Coat Primer.
Application
Do not apply when air or surface temperatures are expected to drop below 50 degrees F. or rise above 95 degrees F. during application and drying.
Coatsone coat at 1.5 - 2.0 dry mil
Airless SprayRecommended presure 1800 - 2200 psi using a .018" to .021" tip.
HVLPReduce up to 1 pint per gallon with water. Accuspray 24k
Conventional SprayReduce up to 1 pint per gallon with water. Recommended air pressure 40 - 60 psi; fluid pressure 20 psi; tip size .0042" - .0045" with matching cap.
