Prep & Prime
Surface must be clean and dry. Cracks, crevices and through-wall openings must be patched and sealed.

| Masonry | Pressure clean to remove all dirt, dust, grease, oil, loose material, chalk, loose checked or peeling paint, form release agents, etc. Remove all mildew and allow surface to dry thoroughly. Concrete must be cured 7 days. |

Application
Apply at temperatures between 50F and 95F. For proper elongation and alkali resistance pHLEX-TITE TX must be applied at 14 - 18 mils wet, 6.5 - 8.5 mils dry.
