Prep & Prime
Surface must be clean and dry. Cracks, crevices and through-wall openings must be patched and sealed.
For primer application use 3.5-4.5 wet mils (1.5-2.0 dry mils)

| Masonry |
Pressure clean to remove all dirt, dust, grease, oil, loose material, chalk, loose checked or peeling paint, form release agents, etc. Remove all mildew and allow surface to dry thoroughly. Concrete must be cured minimum 7 days. |

Application
Apply at temperatures between 35F and 95 F. For proper elongation and alkali resistance pHlex-tite must be applied at 14 - 18 mils wet, 6.5 - 8.5 mils dry.
