Prep & Prime
New cemintitious substrates may have high pH levels and should be tested before coating. If pH is above 8, prime with Rodda First Coat primer.

| Concrete Block |
Fill with 501901x Sprayable Smooth Block Filler. |
| Masonry |
Self priming. Should be thoroughly cured and cleaned before painting. Surface must be free of all dirt, grease, efflorescence, form treatments, curing compounds and laitance. New concrete should be allowed to cure. Prime with 501801x Surfbond II, Rodda Paint's First Coat primer or 512301x pHlex-tite . |
| Metal |
Not designed for metal, but performs quite satisfactorily on properly primed ferrous metal and clean galvanized metal, such as gutters and down spouts. |

New Wood: Should be primed with 501601x First Coat prior to AC-910 application. |

Application
Before painting, make sure air, surface and paint temperature are above 35º F. Do not paint if rain, snow or freezinfg temperatures are expected within 24 hours. Avoid application to surfaces exposed and heated from direct sunlight.

A nylon/polyester brush is recommended for this project. |

Use 3/8" to 1" nap synthetic roller cover.-Use a synthetic pad. |
| Airless Spray |
Recommend pressure 2000 to 2500 psi, using .015 to .21 tip. |

Reduce up to one pint per gallon with water. Accuspray 24K |
| Conventional Spray |
Reduce up to one pint per gallon with water. Recommended air pressure 40-60 psi; fluid pressure 20 psi; tip size .0042" to .0045" with matching cap. |
