Meets the American Institute of Architects system performance requirements for an elastomeric coating as described in their Masterspec -Evaluations, section 09830 - Elastomeric Coatings.
Basic UseA Heavy-bodied coating designed as a weather seal and restoration coating for all types of masonry structures. Its elasticity allows limited subtrate movement without breaching the film, while affording the outstanding exterior durability found in 100% acrylic coverage. Concrete BlockConcrete block should be filled prior to topcoating for optimum moisture resistance. Use 501901x Sprayable Block Filler.
MasonryClean all surfaces thoroughly prior to coating with Super Roflex Texture. Treat all surfaces to be coated in a manner similar to that used for conventional latex paints.
WoodClean all surfaces thoroughly prior to coating with Super Roflex Texture. Treat all surfaces to be coated in a manner similar to that used for conventional latex paints.
Application
Do not apply when air or surface temperatures are expected to drop below 50 Deg F. or rise above 95 Deg F. during application and drying.
