Basic UseA premium quality 100% acrylic latex flat finish for use on wood siding, trim, shingles, masonry surfaces, and weathered aluminm and vinyl siding. Designed for one coat coverage in most cases. Excellent resistance to peeling, fading, blistering, chalking, sun and water fumes.

Prep & Prime
Surfaces to be coated must be free of dirt, oil, mildew, excessive chalk an other foreign matter. Remove loose paint and patch holes or cracks. Prime bare surfaces, dull or prime glossy surfaces, and then scuff sand using 80 to 100 grit sandpaper on a hand sander. Remove all sanding dust.
Concrete BlockNew Interior and Exterior: Should be filled with 501901x Sprayable Block Filler prior to painting for optimum moisture resistance.
MasonryPrime with 501801x Surfbond II or 501601x First Coat Primer. Surfaces to be repainted should be will cured and thoroughly clean before painting.
MetalNot designed for metal, but performs quite satisfactorily on properly primed ferrous metal and clean galvanized metal, such as gutters and down spouts.
WoodNew wood should be primed with 501601x First Coat prior to finish coat. Surfaces to be repainted should be thoroughly clean prior to painting.
Application
Do not apply to surfaces below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Avoid application to surfaces exposed and heated from direct sunlight.
BrushA nylon/polyester brush is recommended for this project.
Roller / PadUse 3/8" to 3/4" nap synthetic roller cover.-Use a synthetic pad.
Airless SprayRecommend pressure 2000 to 2500 psi, using .015 to .21 tip.
HVLPReduce up to one pint per gallon with water. Accuspray 24K
Conventional SprayReduce up to one pint per gallon with water. Recommended air pressure 40-60 psi; fluid pressure 20 psi; tip size .0042" to .0045" with matching cap.
