Basic UseA high quality versatile 100% acrylic emulsion exterior/interior primer for use on new, unpainted, concrete, stucco, masonry, drywall, or hardboard. The deeptone version can be mixed to darker colors or greys to undercoat under hard to cover colors.

Prep & Prime
Surfaces to be coated must be free of dirt, oil, mildew, excessive chalk and other foreign matter. Remove loose paint and patch holes or cracks. Prime bare surfaces, dull or prime glossy surfaces, and then scuff sand using 80 to 100 grit sandpaper on a hand sander. Remove all sanding dust.
MasonryShould be thoroughly cured and cleaned before painting. Concrete block should be filled with Rodda 501901x Sprayable Block Filler prior to painting for optimum moisture resistance.
WallboardInterior wallboad surfaces should be thoroughly clean of all dust or contaminants before painting.
Application
Do not apply when air or surface temperatures are expected to drop below 50 degrees F. or rise above 95 degrees F. during application and drying.
BrushA nylon/polyester brush is recommended for this project.
Roller / PadUse 3/8" to 3/4" nap synthetic roller cover.-Use a synthetic pad.
Airless SprayRecommend pressure 2000 to 2500 psi, using .015 to .21 tip orifice.
HVLPReduce up to one pint with water per gallon. Accuspray 24K
