Prep & Prime
Surfaces to be coated must be free of dirt, oil, mildew, excessive chalk and other foreign matter. Remove loose paint and patch holes or cracks. Prime bare surfaces, dull or prime glossy surfaces, and then scuff sand using 80 to 100 grit sandpaper on a hand sander. remove all sanding dust.

| Concrete Block | Must be thoroughly cured (28 days) and free from dust, dirt, midew or algea prior to filling. Remove Efflorescence by scraping and/or wire brushing. If mildew is present, the surface should be washed with chlorine bleach solution (20% bleach and 1% liquid detergent in water). Use caution to avoid applicaton to surfaces at less than 50 degrees Fahrenheit. |

Application
Avoid application to surfaces exposed to and heated by direct sunlight. Follow shady areas. If necessary, dampen surface bedfore application on hot days.

| Coats | Two coats may be required. Wet and dry film thickness varies by substrate profile, surface thickness should be a minimum of 1.5 mils. Backroll as necessary to fill voids. |
| Brush | Use a top quality nylon/polyester brush |
| Roller / Pad | Use a top quality synthetic roller cover to fill all voids |
| Airless Spray | Use equipment capable of constant 2000 psi, using a .023" to .029" tip size. |
