Prep & Prime

| Metal | Surfaces to be primed must be thoroughly cleaned of all foreign material by sandblasting, wire brushing, wheel abrading, etc. All grease, cutting oil, etc., must be removed prior to priming. For best results, prime metal immediately after cleaning. |

Application
The paint will apply easier if kept stored in a heated area.

| Brush | A top quality natural bristle brush is recommended. |
| Roller / Pad | A top quality polyester cover is recommended. |
| Airless Spray | Use equipment capable of constant 1850 psi at the tip. Use a .013" to .019" tip orifice. |
| HVLP | .055 - .7 nozzle, 8 - 10 psi air cap atomizing air. |
| Conventional Spray | DeVilbiss JGA Gun or equivalent. Fluid pressure 20 psi; atomizing pressure 35 to 40 psi. |
