This product has been approved by the Washington State Department of Transportation for use on DOT projects.
Basic UseRodda Concrete Sealer is formulated to give a natural finish to concrete. Concrete Sealer Stain will protect concrete, concrete blocks, and aggregate against spalling, cracking, efflorescence and other typres of damage caused by water entering the masonry. This product is a fast drying, low luster finish that provides excellent durability and surface color consistency.

Prep & Prime
The surface to be coated must be clean, dry, and free of dust, dirt, efflorescence, scale, from released agents, or grease. Surface must be acid etched or a light sweep blast prior to application.
Application
Concrete must be allowed to age for 28 days before application of this product. Do not paint during extremely cold, frosty or damp weather. Product ust be applied to a clean dry surface, free of moisture. If rainfall or other moisture is encountered, the concrete must be allowed to dry until there is none left visible. Application temperature range is 35 (and rising) to 90 degrees (F). Best applied with an airless or conventional spray system.
Airless Spraybest application - application spread rate 75-150 square feet at 2.0-2.5 dry film thickness, depending on substrate texture and absorbtion
