DescriptionThe Paint covered by this specification is intended for use on heated steel surfaces, at temperatures up to 1200° Fahrenheit. Such use may be on super heated steam lines, boiler casings, boiler drums, super heater headers, and similar high temperature application. It is also for painting military equipment such as personnel heaters, rocket launchers and other components, where temperatures preclude the use of conventional paints. Approved by the Master Painter Institute under category #22.
