products. The elasticity of these elastomeric coatings allows limited substrate movement without breaching
the film, while affording the outstanding exterior durability found in 100% acrylic coverage.
Super Roflex Elastomeric Paint (511301x)
A heavy bodied, internally plasticized, 100% acrylic emulsion, designed as a weather sealant and
restoration coating for all types of masonry and stucco structures. Manufactured to bridge and seal hairline
cracks and surface irregularities with its pliable yet tough outer skin that helps provide extra
protection from the elements. Projects must be reviewed for proper weather stripping and flashing
requirements before application.

pHlex-tite Elastomeric Paint (511201x)
The newest addition to our Rodda family of elastomeric paints, and one of the finest and most versatile products we’ve
ever introduced. A self-priming, high build, elastomeric paint coating that has excellent durability and provides
weather protection to most exterior masonry, concrete, and stucco surfaces, as well as being resistant to alkali conditions
and efflorescence. Works exceptionally well on high pH substrates (6-13) both as a primer and a finish
coat.
