Surfbond II Designed for use as a masonry conditioner to enhance adhesion and efflorescence resistance of topcoat(s) over smooth, porous, fresh and weathered masonry. When properly applied Surfbond II is suitable for use on substrates with a pH from 6.0 to 13.0. Do not over apply, this product is meant as a 'guide coat' only.
