Super Roflex Elastomeric A heavy bodied elastomeric coating designed as a weather seal, and restoration coating for all types of masonry structures. Pliability and elasticity allow for building movement without cracking of the coating while a tough outer skin provides protection for normal usage. pHlex-tite pHlextite is a high build elastomeric primer/finish that provides excellent durability and weather protection on tilt-up, precast and poured-in-place concrete and stucco. It is highly resistant to alkali conditions and efflorescence. Product makes an excellent primer for use on high pH substrates that is readily topcoated with an exterior acrylic coating. pHLEX-TITE TEXTURE pHLEX-TITE is a high build elastomeric coating that provides excellent durability and weather protection on tilt-up, precast and poured-in-place concrete and stucco. It is highly resistant to alkali conditions and efflorescence. Product may be applied to high pH substrates with a pH of 6 - 13, no primer required.
