Pliability and elasticity allow for building movement without cracking of the coating while a tough outer skin provides protection for normal usage. Its high build qualities permit hairline cracks to be bridged and sealed, and surface irregularities to be filled and uniformed. Because of low-toxicity of the ingredients in the dy film, Super Roflex is an excellent coating for use in controlled atmosphere (CA) rooms to provide a seamless seal.  | pHlextite is a high build elastomeric primer/finish that provides excellent durability with a breathable paint film and weather protection on tilt-up, precast and poured-in-place concrete and stucco. It is highly resistant to alkali conditions and efflorescence. Product makes an excellent primer for use on high pH substrates that is readily topcoated with an exterior acrylic coating.
