Lead and develop your store team while delivering exceptional service and desired product to our customers.
Responsible for direction and control of all store activities relating to successful operations including product
knowledge and salesmanship; unmatched customer service, fiscal and material management, support of commercial
sales efforts, and the training and development of individual leadership style and skill. Two years of previous
industry related Management experience preferred.
Be a team member in the store providing exceptional performance in the areas of customer service, product sales
and knowledge, and store operating processes. Responsible for direct commercial support activities, stocking
quantities, and delivery processes, contractor/job records management, equipment as well as assisting the Store
Manager in the day to day operations of the store. Recommending products to customers ensuring the customer is
supplied with all items required for their project, and tinting paint based on formulated colors. Two years of
previous in-store paint experience preferred.
Be a team member in the store providing exceptional performance in the areas of customer service, product
sales, and general store operating processes. Responsibilities include answering basic customer inquiries in
person and by phone, determining and recommending products to customers ensuring the customer is supplied with
all items required for their project, tinting paint based on formulated colors, rotating and putting away stock,
shipping and receiving duties. Learn basic knowledge of core product line. Occasional deliveries in store vehicle.
Driver / Sales Associate
Deliveries of product to local customers and neighboring stores in the Company owned vehicle. Optimal use of
time, safety, and great customer service! When not delivering assist in Sales Associate responsibilities.
